How to place an order: All the products in our online catalog are grouped into categories to make the purchase choice easier. Furthermore it is possible to use our internal search engine to find the products of interest. Each product is accompanied by a photo and a brief description, in addition of course to the sale price (VAT included). By clicking on the “add to your cart” button the selected product will be added to the cart. The cart will therefore also be updated in the total price automatically. All products are covered by our warranty as required by current online sales regulations. The total to be paid will be displayed on the site once the country of destination of the goods has been selected. To proceed with the order, simply click on the “Order” button. To receive the first order it is necessary to complete the registration form including some personal data. We invite you to carefully consult our Privacy and Cookie Policy for more details. To proceed you will also need to specify a password of your choice. The e-mail address indicated will be used as username. With this username and password it will be possible to access the reserved pages through which you can check, verify and cancel your orders; modify your personal data; use shipping data without having to re-enter them for each order. After registering, we therefore recommend that you always log in to the site by authenticating with your username and password BEFORE proceeding to any purchase. The order will be suspended until the next payment is made.

   Payment: it is possible to pay the order with a VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO or PAGOBANCOMAT credit card. The transaction will not be considered concluded and the amount will not be charged until the order is confirmed by us. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated during registration. Product prices are indicated in euros and the amount charged will be in euros regardless of the currency of the country of origin and whatever the currency of the account associated with the payment card used.  After confirming the order on our part, it will no longer be possible to cancel the site.

   Security: All transactions made through our e-commerce system are protected through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) standard. The details of the payment cards are processed by the external company Nexi which acts as a payment gateway and guarantees the application of the highest security standards regarding the data processed. Our Company has in no way access to the details of the payment cards used for online payment and therefore cannot be considered responsible for their use. If your card has been refused, we advise you to repeat the entire procedure from the beginning, making sure to enter all the requested data correctly.    Delivery: Shipments to Italy are made by post or express courier. Shipments abroad are made through international shipping companies that ensure the delivery of our products in perfect condition and within a reasonable time. Orders are normally processed within 30 days. The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the product ordered, the country of destination, the type of shipment and any special packaging (in the case of art objects or particularly fragile items).  The shipping cost will still be displayed before your order is confirmed.

IMPORTANT, Customers from outside the European Community (EXTRA EEC) and Custom’s charges: all customers residing outside the European Community are required to pay customs taxes upon arrival of the goods. These fees may vary depending on the goods ordered and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Product availability: The products offered by our company have been selected for their value, importance and quality. Due to this they may not all be available at the time of your order. In this case you will be immediately contacted by our customer service for delivery times.

    Tracking of the order: The order is checked with automatic procedures until the evasion and delivery. You will then be informed of any anomaly or delay. By authenticating yourself on our site with your username and password, you can also follow the progress of your order in the “Your orders” section. Once the shipping confirmation e-mail is received, it can also be checked online. This functionality is offered in collaboration with the couriers in charge of the shipment.

    Cancellation of the order and right of withdrawal: Your order can be canceled for any reason exclusively before our confirmation. Our products are shipped within 30 days of order confirmation. Your rights are protected by Legislative Decree 185/99, therefore you will have the right to withdraw from the supply contract, even partially, without explanation, penalty or increase in costs, provided that the withdrawal is communicated within 8 days from the order to :

   In your communication of intent to avail of the right of withdrawal, you are required to indicate the date and the order number, the date and the progressive number of the invoice and the description of the goods you wish to return.
As soon as we receive your communication, we will send you all the necessary instructions via e-mail. Within 5 working days from the receipt of the aforementioned communication, you must send back, using the original packaging (the same one with which you received the goods) and at your expense, the entire supply, or part of it. All shipments made before having informed us of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal will be rejected by the sender.
To be able to exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to accept the following conditions:
The delivered products must not present any sign of opening / tampering with their packaging seal and the labels showing the data.
You cannot enjoy the right of withdrawal if:

  1. the indications reported above have not been respected;
  2. the goods ordered were not present in the catalog but were specifically procured for your specific request.

The responsibility of the returning shipment, as well as the costs, is borne by the customer. Any shipment charged to us will be rejected.

   Damaged goods: All our products are packed and shipped with the utmost care. Should the product still be defective or be damaged during transport, it is possible to contact us immediately, within 10 days of receipt, to obtain prompt assistance in returning / replacing the product or in obtaining a refund. In this case the same rules will apply as for withdrawal.

   Protection for minors: People under 18 years of age are not allowed to place an order on line.


   Use of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR – Regulations Protection of personal data): In order to execute your orders, some personal data must be supplied. These data are used in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR) and for the sole purpose of carrying out the operations relating to the sale and shipment of the goods requested. The data will be processed manually and with IT tools ensuring maximum security and confidentiality. The processed data will not be transmitted to third parties except in cases where such transmission is necessary and instrumental for the completion of the purchase transaction or derives from a legal obligation (Shipping company, etc.). The holder takes assurance that these third parties process the data in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR.
